This policy explains the rules and practices that apply to Westbrook's website and organizational research-material services. It should be read together with the other Westbrook website policies.

Westbrook provides support concerning order administration, product identity, lot documentation, reported analytical methods, nonclinical laboratory handling, storage, shipping, and documented quality concerns. Responses are limited to the available records and the permitted nonclinical application.

Westbrook does not provide medical or veterinary advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, individualized risk assessment, dosing, cycles, stacks, administration routes, injection instructions, patient selection, health monitoring, or instructions for preparing a product for administration. Westbrook will not recommend a product for weight, metabolism, appearance, sexual function, recovery, performance, aging, symptoms, disease, or another human or animal outcome.

A message suggesting personal possession, administration, resale, diversion, or another prohibited use may be declined and retained for compliance review. Associated applications, accounts, or orders may be placed on hold, rejected, or suspended. Westbrook will not help a requester conceal or reword a prohibited purpose.

For legitimate technical support, email [email protected] and provide the organization, order number if applicable, product, lot, and laboratory question. Do not submit medical records or personal health information.

Permitted Scientific Context

Support may explain the scope and limitations of a reported analytical method or product document. It may not translate published human or animal research into instructions, quantities, preparation steps, schedules, expected outcomes, or recommendations for administration.

Channel Control

The same restrictions apply to email, contact forms, chat, social media, direct messages, telephone if later offered, and communications through affiliates or contractors. A response from an unauthorized person does not modify Westbrook's policies or create an approved use.

Policy Administration

Westbrook may revise this policy prospectively when its website, products, controls, or legal obligations change. The effective date identifies the current version.
