This policy explains the rules and practices that apply to Westbrook's website and organizational research-material services. It should be read together with the other Westbrook website policies.

Westbrook does not publish customer testimonials, star reviews, before-and-after content, user photographs, or social posts that state or imply human or animal consumption, administration, therapeutic benefit, body-function effect, weight or appearance outcome, performance enhancement, dosing, or clinical suitability. A disclaimer does not cure a prohibited claim elsewhere on the page.

Any permitted institutional case description must be reviewed before publication, limited to genuine nonclinical methods and results, supported by records, authorized for use, and presented without implying broader performance or endorsement. Compensation, discounts, samples, or other material connections must be clearly disclosed where content is published.

Links to literature or third-party sites must serve a legitimate nonclinical informational purpose and require content review. Westbrook does not adopt, endorse, or control third-party content merely by linking to it, but will remove or change a link when its context creates a misleading product claim or conflicts with the restricted-use program.

Moderation Standard

Westbrook evaluates the explicit words, implied message, images, hashtags, links, speaker identity, audience, placement, and surrounding product content. Editing out a dosing number or adding a research disclaimer does not make an otherwise human-use testimonial acceptable.

Affiliates and Influencers

Westbrook will not authorize commissions, referral arrangements, or influencer promotion that targets personal users or communicates prohibited claims. Any approved promoter must use reviewed materials, disclose material connections clearly, and permit monitoring and prompt correction or termination.

Policy Administration

Westbrook may revise this policy prospectively when its website, products, controls, or legal obligations change. The effective date identifies the current version.
