Product Naming Imagery and Catalog Notice

This policy explains the rules and practices that apply to Westbrook's website and organizational research-material services. It should be read together with the other Westbrook website policies.

Product names, aliases, search metadata, headings, photographs, icons, and category labels are part of the website's overall message. Westbrook will use accurate chemical or research identifiers and will not use euphemisms to hide product identity. Names and metadata must not be selected to attract prohibited consumer searches or imply treatment, weight loss, bodybuilding, anti-aging, sexual enhancement, recovery, or another human or animal outcome.

Product imagery should show the actual research material, packaging, analytical documentation, or neutral laboratory context. Patient, clinician, healthcare, injection, syringe, body-transformation, lifestyle-outcome, or self-administration imagery is not permitted. Images must not imply sterility, injectability, clinical supply, or a therapeutic setting.

Westbrook will not list bacteriostatic water, syringes, needles, injection kits, administration supplies, dosing calculators, or similar items alongside research materials. A multi-product outer box or variety pack may be used solely to consolidate multiple separately reviewed compounds ordered by an approved institution. It must not be promoted as a protocol, stack, cycle, starter kit, outcome bundle, or consumer sampler, and each enclosed product must retain its own identity, lot, documentation, and restrictions.

Search and Metadata

Page titles, URLs, structured data, alt text, internal search terms, paid-search keywords, and hidden metadata must follow the same claim rules as visible copy. Search optimization must not target diseases, body outcomes, administration terms, or consumer communities.

Bundles and Consolidated Packaging

Each item in a consolidated institutional shipment remains a separately identified product with its own lot and documentation. The outer package may describe that it contains multiple research compounds but may not assign a regimen, sequence, combined outcome, or implied compatibility.

Change Review

A material change to a name, image, package, category, cross-sell, related-product link, or search strategy requires review before publication because the combined presentation may alter the objective intended-use evidence.

Policy Administration

Westbrook may revise this policy prospectively when its website, products, controls, or legal obligations change. The effective date identifies the current version.
