Westbrook prioritizes barriers affecting account application, purchaser qualification, product information, checkout, privacy choices, and support. Confirmed issues are documented, prioritized by severity and frequency, assigned for remediation, and retested.

Product documents should use meaningful headings, readable text, logical reading order, sufficient contrast, descriptive links, and accessible tables where applicable. If a document is not accessible, Westbrook will make reasonable efforts to provide the information in another usable format.

Policy Administration

Westbrook may revise this policy prospectively when its website, products, controls, or legal obligations change. The effective date identifies the current version.
